ART MEETS EXERCISE
MyEquilibria combines contemporary art with functional training for fun, outdoor exercise. Biometric exercises are incorporated into sculptures for non-intimidating workouts which encourage a healthy lifestyle and a relaxed mind. Five individual designs focus on different training aspects including strength, agility and coordination for use in everyday life.
MyEquilibria uses the body’s own weight and piques it against gravity to develop core stability, flexibility, resistance, speed, practical strength and increased muscle density.

The curves, sleek lines and sculptured trees allow MyEquilibria to fit in to a host of upmarket surroundings. They have been installed around the globe from beach resorts and hotels to high-end health clubs. They make a central feature in community parks, housing developments, rooftop gardens and luxury villas. Each one is engineered from high-performance, fibre-reinforced concrete and stainless steel for durability that lasts decades. The technical materials - designed by architects and engineers withstand all outdoor temperatures from intense heat to ice and are resistant to rain, wear, shocks, abrasion and mildew.
TECHNOLOGY ON THE GO
Augmented reality brings exercises to life with the MyEquilibria app. It supports all levels of training and has a continually updated video library of exercises. The app uses augmented reality to recognise which MyEquilibria structure is being used and showcases a range of workouts for it, just as a personal trainer would do. The app features music to exercise to, allows users to record results, set targets and share personal workout videos with others.
TREE OF WELLBEING
MyEquilibria has five various installations with a range or workouts.
Used by professional gymnasts to build core strength, ring training is one of the most effective ways to increase stability, balance and stamina. It bolsters muscles in record time using challenging movements to see maximum upper body strength results. The Ring Tree features six rings in three training areas at three different heights for a varied workout.
The US Special Forces use rope training as part of their demanding workouts to build endurance, cardiovascular conditioning and strength. The Vertical Tree features two ropes and horizontal bars for explosive exercises that effectively burn fat fast.
Embracing the spirit of relaxation, the Zen Tree features seven floor spaces ideal for meditation and yoga. Individuals or small groups can embrace the harmonious design to perform stretching, Pilates and Tai Chi. It’s also a space that invites people to take a moment to relax.
Strength, coordination and agility are just a few of the target training areas from the Unparalleled Tree. Three workout areas each feature parallel bars which are especially beneficial for building back, chest, arm and core strength.
This is the ultimate in outdoor gyms where functionality and agility are matched equally with aesthetics.No two Leopard Tree installations are exactly the same, hence the name, but each one provides an outstanding training experience. Several customisable workout islands are spread over 250 square metres with an Unparalleled Tree at the centre.
There are 11 accessories which can be added to MyEquilibria which flow with the design.
Three benches, each with foot rests can be ordered; flat, incline and decline. The crisp lines match the aesthetics of the MyEquilibria installations.
