Seara operates the largest customer service organization in the Industry and covers the entire Indochina area. All technicians attend regular manufacturer conducted service seminars on all the brands and models that we distribute. Seara does not sell brands that Seara cannot service. The customer service division has specialty service and maintenance contracts with numerous commercial gum and private home gym users. In addition the Customer Service Division refurbishes and provides new warranties for reconditioned fitness and exercise equipment.

Seara carries a large stock of spare parts, so that our service response time and customer down time is reduced. Many of our customers enter into Service and Maintenance Agreements which provides for routine inspection, cleaning, lubrication, free labour for the first three hours and special discounts on spare parts. In addition, we have 24 hour direct internet access with our major suppliers, to current information on order status, and inventory availability.
