Seara carries a large quantity of spare parts in stock so that our service response time and customer down time is reduced. A large number of our customers enter into Service and Maintenance Agreements which provides for routine inspection, cleaning, lubrication, free labour for the first three hours and special discounts on spare parts. In addition we have with our major suppliers 24 hour direct internet access to customized information on order status, inventory availability
